All at Heffernan Park would like to send huge congratulations to our U13 player Mark Conroy who has performed brilliantly at the Irish Summer National Swimming Championships at the National Aquatic Centre.
Mark, from the Ballina Dolphins club, has excelled in the high-level competition and showed everyone how talented he is when finishing first in his 100m Breaststroke semi-final, breaking his PB by more than six seconds.
Congratulations Mark and everyone involved. Looking forward to seeing you back in Heffernan Park really soon.
