Ballina RFC legend John Rush enjoyed another memorable day at Enniscrone Golf Club last weekend, winning President Joe Quinn’s Prize with an impressive gross score of 82 to finish on a superb net 67.

Despite the difficult conditions, with the wind howling and rain sweeping across the world-class course, sharp-shooting John delivered an excellent round to secure the prestigious prize.

A legendary former Ballina RFC player, John continues to make an enormous contribution to the club. When it comes to looking after our clubhouse and grounds—and everything else that needs to be done—John is never far away.

John is certainly no stranger to golfing success. Having previously won the Captain’s Prize—and even secured a memorable hole-in-one along the way—he can now add the President’s Prize to an increasingly impressive trophy cabinet.
