AS we all know, Ireland play New Zealand next Friday night in what will be one of the most exciting sporting events of the year. Two of our own, Caelan Doris and Dave Heffernan, are in the Irish squad currently in Portugal preparing for the big game and, needless to say, we're extremely proud of both of them.
The fact that Caelan will captain Ireland in the big game adds to the sense of anticipation and we're extending an open invitation to the community to come along and watch the game with us in our clubhouse.
"This is a hugely historic moment for our club and a very proud occasion for the entire community," Club President Ed Gunning explains.
"There will be a great buzz in the clubhouse on the night and I can only imagine the fun and excitement when we see Caelan lead the lads out."
The match will kick off at 8.10pm and if you're not in The Aviva, the next best place to watch the action will definitely be in our clubhouse. See you there.
