Doris delivers as Leinster keep dream alive
ALL at Ballina RFC were very proud to see one of our own excel in the Aviva Stadium on Saturday and lead Leinster into the Champions Cup Final.
Caelan was front and centre as the home side defeated Toulon 29-25 after a frantic finish. Leinster were the better team for long periods, and Caelan got over for a try to leave the men in blue 29-11 clear in the closing stages. However, the French team got over for two converted tries late on to close the gap and set up a big finish.
Caelan will lead Leinster in the Champions Cup Final in Bilbao on May 23rd against either Bordeaux Begles or Bath.
