On behalf of Ballina RFC, we are delighted to invite you to the Official Opening of our new Inclusive Changing Rooms and Facilities at Ballina RFC on Saturday next, October 4.
This project has been a labour of love for our club, supported by the generous assistance of government grants and the steadfast commitment of our sponsors and volunteers. Together, we have transformed our facilities to ensure every player, both male and female has access to modern, inclusive and welcoming changing rooms.
These facilities will serve over 400 under-18 members, along with our senior players, and will play a vital role in the continued growth rugby in the North West. In particular, they mark a milestone for our female teams, who until now faced significant challenges with inadequate facilities. We are proud that our new changing rooms now reflect the inclusive spirit of our game and our community.
The day will be a celebration not only of the official opening but of the collective effort that made it possible. We are deeply grateful for the support of our local politicians, government bodies, and sponsors - without whom this project would not have been achievable.

The opening of our changing rooms will be followed by the first Connacht League home game of the season versus Ballinasloe under lights, at 7.30pm. We would be delighted to have you pitchside to shout on our team, all home grown boys from County Mayo.
