Connacht have qualified for Champions Cup rugby next season. Their place in the premier competition was confirmed on Friday night when Montpellier defeated Ulster in the Challenge Cup final. That result meant Connacht's eighth-place finish in the URC is good enough to see them in the top competition in 2026/27.
