The thoughts of all at Ballina RFC are with two mighty warriors tonight - Sean O'Brien and John Rowe.
Sean is in the Irish team to face Scotland tomorrow in Murrayfield and will carry all our good wishes with him as he goes into battle. Sean is very dear to all of us and we will cheer his every move!

His buddy, John, has been fighting his own battle for the past week and has never left our thoughts. John Rowe and his family are the heartbeat of Ballina Rugby Club and we are with them in thought and deed every step of the way.

We are well aware of John's fighting qualities and send all our thoughts and prayers to him, Patricia and all the Rowes.
