Fiachna sets new Irish rowing record

One of our own, Fiachna Barrett, has set a new Irish record for Indoor Rowing in his age category at 500 metres!
The Erris teenager who is a central cog of our U16 squad set the record at the recent Irish Indoor Rowing Championships in Limerick where he won three gold medals for his local Tullaghan Bay Rowing Club.
Becoming a triple Irish champion was a huge achievement and the confirmation of his record-breaking achievement is now the icing on the cake.
